All our products are made to order, which means that once an order is placed, it goes into production based on your specifications. As such, we have specific policies for refunds, returns, and exchanges to ensure a smooth process for both parties.


  1. Cancellation of Orders

- Within 24 Hours: Orders canceled within 24 hours of placing the order are entitled to a full refund, subject to a deduction of payment gateway charges of 1%.

- After 24 Hours: Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a processing charge of INR 1000, along with a 1% payment gateway charge.


  1. Customized Orders

Customized orders are created specifically according to your specifications. As such, customized items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a defect or error in manufacturing. If there is an issue with your customized order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product.


  1. Returns

- Eligibility: You can return items that are not customized within 15 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

- Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dazzlez.co for a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking). For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account.


  1. Exchanges

- Free Exchange: We offer a free exchange for returned products. The value of the returned items will be calculated based on the current price of Gold and 95% of the prevailing Diamond prices, after deducting the making charges. The final valuation of the returned product will be determined by our team.

- Testing Process: All returned products will be subject to a testing process. If any damage or tampering is detected, the product will not qualify for a free exchange. The value of the returned goods will be determined through an evaluation conducted by our team upon receipt.

- Procedure: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@dazzlez.co. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item and arranging the exchange. Return shipping costs will be covered by us for exchanges.


  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.


  1. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Coins: Purchases of coins are not eligible for returns or refunds.
