- Jewellery: The jewellery that is predesigned or set with gold and lab-grown diamonds available for sale on our website or retail stores. All Jewellery is sold on an “as is” basis.

- Mounts: Designs that hold a diamond(s) in place, which may or may not have diamonds. Members can select Mounts and diamonds separately to create customized Jewellery.

- Loose Diamonds: Individual diamonds that can be bought without being set on Mounts.

 

  1. Use of the Website

By accessing the Website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the Website, call centre, or any other means of communication.

 

  1. Products and Orders

- Made to Order: All our products are made to order. This means that we start crafting your jewelry only after your order is confirmed.

- Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

- Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are valid and effective only in that currency. Our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time, owing to fluctuations in prices of precious metals and diamonds. Pricing may change slightly due to variance between metal and diamond estimates provided on the Website and the actual finished product.

 

  1. Payment Terms

- Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our Website. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our Website.

- Payment Security: We use secure payment gateways to process your payments. We do not store your credit card information.

 

  1. Shipping and Delivery

- Shipping Policy: We ship globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

- Delivery Time: As all products are made to order, please allow for atleast 10-15 days working time for crafting your jewelry. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

 

  1. Returns and Refunds

- Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of made-to-order jewelry, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or not as described.

- Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the process for a repair, replacement, or refund.

- Cancellation & Returns: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order are entitled to a full refund subject to deduction of payment gateway charges of 1%. Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a Processing Charge of Rs. 1000 and 1% payment gateway charges. Customized orders will forfeit making charges.

- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.

Use of this Website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of West Bengal, India, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the courts located in  Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts. As per the current guidelines mandated by the Government of India, a customer has to provide the Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above INR 2 lakh in a day.
